Quinoa with Melone Mantovano PGI, rocket and Mediterranean layered crisp

 

This recipe was created by Chef Rubina, who in the video recipe presents a first layer made of multicoloured quinoa with melon, rocket and crispy dried tomatoes, capers, pine nuts, Taggiasca olives and parsley (Mediterranean).
